Pokemon cards Rayquaza C LV.X Supreme Victors Platinum Series

Here is an article on Rayquaza C Lv.X Supreme Victors. I hope you find the information useful!

Rayquaza has always been a powerful Pokemon, whether in the video games or the TCG, and this card is no exception. Rayquaza C LV.X is one of the 7 brand new Level X Pokemon released in Pokemon Platinum: Supreme Victors. The card levels up from its basic form, plain old Rayquaza C. However, there is nothing plain or old about this card; it is fresh off the presses and brings some really nifty abilities to the table. Rayquaza C has 100 HP, which is more than almost any other basic Pokemon in the game. This alone is reason to brag. It is resistant to fighting Pokemon, which is a huge edge to have in a matchup against Pokemon cards such as Machamp LV.X and Rhyperior LV.X. It is double weak to colorless Pokemon and has a retreat cost of three, which is undesirable, but there should be no reason to retreat this Pokemon once you have it active.

Its first attack "Trash Burst" can do up to 60 damage for only 1 energy! This attack also plays into the LV.X card, which I will discuss later. Its second attack, "Twister" is unfortunately not very efficient. It takes 4 energies and only does 50 damage, AND has a chance of doing no damage at all depending on good you are at flipping coins.
Despite any shortcomings of the basic form, Rayquaza C LV.X makes up for them, and then some. This card has 120 HP, which is incredible for the LV.X form of a basic Pokemon. Most of these kinds of LV.X's only have 100 or 110 HP. Its Poke-Body, "Dragon Spirit", allows you to search your discard pile for discarded Energy cards and attach them to Rayquaza C LV.X every time you are damaged. This ties in perfectly with "Trash Burst" and Rayquaza C LV.X's ample HP. All of these preceding factors aid "Final Blowup", which does an incredible 200 damage! That is enough damage to knock out any Pokemon card in the game, even the mighty Wailord. There is no Pokemon card in existence that does more base damage than that. There is a drawback however; you must discard all the energy attached to Rayquaza C LV.X. This is a bummer, but there is a catch; if you have no cards in your hand, you do not have to discard any of the energy. If you are able to consistently keep your hand at zero, you could do 200 damage every turn without any repercussions!

So how can we keep our hand empty? The trainer card Looker's Investigation allows you to shuffle your hand into your deck and draw up to 5 card. The key phrasing here is "up to", which means we can choose to draw zero cards if we wish. Team Galactic's Wager will also allow us to achieve the same effect. Using VS Seeker will allow us to resuse those two cards, enabling us to consistently keep no cards in our hand. One last key to to make sure you have a Claydol from Great Encounters in play, as it will enable you replenish your hand after going down to zero cards. In all Rayquaza C LV.X is a legendary card with its ability to do 200 damage and should strike fear in your opponent. Be sure to use it with cards like Looker's Investigation, Team Galactic's Wager, VS Seeker, and Claydol in order to keep the 200 damage (and knock outs) rolling.

The game is centered on the concept of the Pokemon battle. All Pokemon have attacks and Hit Points (HP); by doing damage to the opponents Pokémon equal to their Hit Points, the player can knock them out and send them to the discard pile.

Pokemon are the basis of all decks. Energy are cards attached to a Pokemon to enable it to attack. Trainers are support cards that allow players to do something to enhance the game. Some can remove damage counters from Pokémon, remove energy from the opposing Pokémon, or revive Pokémon that have been knocked out. There are many other types of Trainers and Of particular value are draw and search cards.
